250mg twice a week is what i do
maybe even 300mg twice since its not a big builder

Im assuming you are trying to put on a lil bit of size and get cut...
I would think that a Test e, EQ cycle with winny at the end would work great. IF you have the balls/ expierience, replace the eq with Tren. Use soem femera to keep the bloat down from the test e.
I would also run t3/clen and ephedrine too.
But remember, abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym or needle.
im about to start a cycle of
test e 750mg/week
eq 600mg/week
nolva in between and maybe some clen
thought about doing winny inbetween but i dont think its neccessary wioth all that eq. also thought about a little tren/prop
i did 500mg eq during the summer. got me ripped. it didnt put on that much weight though. i kept all of my strength gains and weight. i would suggest wait to take it in the summer so your abs can be leaned out.
