The good Lord gave you a butt with far less nerve endings......I'd "stick" with that. :)
I happen to be unable to tollerate either location. How come you didnt provide more choices like quads? I couldnt answer because both were wrong for me.Quote:

i like delts over glutes, but my favorite place is thighs and tris. shoulda had more choices in the poll.

Definitely rotate them, but I find delts easier than glutes (but as said above my favorite is thighs).
I'm going to have to go with the third answer....quads
Quads are so easy.... I like quads more than Delts.. But delts were the only thing on the list..

You'll note that 1ml of 100mgs of Nandrolone Decanoate injected in the Glute (represented by the colored circles) results in roughly double the peak plasma contrations of nandrolone when compared with the same volume and concentration (a 100mgs/ml shot) in the Deltoid (represented by the colored squares).
