    good first stack,cycle?

    hey guys what would be a good first stack,cycle to begin with?
    how long should i leave between cycles?many thanks.

    do people not do searched anymore or even read the FAQ. You should have to answer a simple 5 question test about the basics before being allowed to post. Theres been alot of these kind of threads lately
