how does this cycle look:
this is all the gear i have on hand

im 196 6'3''
wk 1-12 500mg test e
wk 1-10 300mg deca
wk 10-14 50 mg winny ED

wk 14-18 clomid
wk 1-18 10mg nolva ED

questions: i have l-dex on hand. how do i take it and how much? or do i even need to take it at all?

and would it be a good idea to take B-12? (not the pill form) any recomendations where i can get it? any vet labs? or canada?

Run your test out to week 14 with the winny or better yet a week past the winny to week 15. I take .25ng of ldex ed throughout my cycle along w/the nolva.

l-dex .5mg/ed or even .25/ed will work.
b-12, try the banner at top...they use to have b-12...b-12 is great!

then he would have to run the PCT two weeks later. His cycle is fine IMO.

yes and your cycle is fine. No need to move the test 2 weeks out. Doesnt make sense to me??
