    Question third cycle help

    this is all of the gear that i have on hand.
    im 6'3'' 196lbs

    wk 1-12 500mg test e
    wk 1-10 300mg deca
    wk 10-14 50mg winny ED

    10mg nolva ED
    wk 15-19 clomid

    Questions: do i need to take L-dex? if so how much and for how long?

    would it be a good i dea to take B-12? ( not the pill form)
    where would i get it? vet labs? canada?
