Water retention reduction

What are good ways to lessen the water retenetion when on a test/deca cycle? I do 40 minutes of cardio a day 5 days a week, and I even sit in the sauna to sweat a bit... it helps a little.. Does my 20mg of nolva help with reducing water retention? If so would 40mg of nolva be better for water loss? Post your water retention reduction tips here.. if any.

2. drinking more water.
3. cleaning up your diet.. ie, less sodium, less bad fats.

Letrozole will work better than anastrozole in a test + deca cycle.

Nolva lowers letro blood levels when both are taken together (43%). So I'll need to adjust your letro dose a little.

1-1.5mg ed or eod should be ok.

how long do i continue the nolva and letro? after my last shot do I carry it out and add in clomid to bring my levels back? In other words wk 1-21 I use nolva and letro then on my last shot day I start the clomid??

Thank god, i thought u were gonna kill urself or somethin. Yeh sounds gd, somethin i like doin is start with a high dose of clomid and nolva first week, then half it the next week and then again the third and come off the fourth - this is 4 pct. Wot cycle are u doin?

i love that cycle, was the 2nd 1 i did, made some good gains off it2, tho i prefer the 400mg of each method. Deca doesnt realli aromatise n sust isnt too bad eitha, so u shud b fine wit 20mg of nolva each day and 1mg letro while on cycle. Pct id hit 40mg nolva first week 100mg clomid, tho for the first day take 300mg clomid, 2nd week 20mg nolva 50mg clomid and week 3 20mg nolva and 50mg clomid as well. Thats exactly wot i did, bar the letro, since it wasnt realli around then.

im gonna be really thick and ask how many dosages is that if the bottle is 30ml.

just wondering if it will last me through a 12 week cycle

The biggest factor for me is reducing my sodium intake.

i find the best thing for me if i am not using letro is to take 1 20mg tab of lasix 2 hours before bed time.

diuretics are cheap, efficient, and when used properly, an indispensible tool in anyone's kit.

i would research about any diuretic before you get that idea though...follow everyone's letro suggestion for now.

i wouldnt take lasix while on cycle, but afterwards gd 2 go.
