When using a vial,..do i need to buy a top or tops instead of using the original one it came with. In other words, for sterilization purposes, are you using a new cap after each usage or can i use the original thus, wipe it clean with alcohol before and after each usage. yes just wipe with a alcohol wipe before each insersion of the pin and you'll be fine

nah bro just take the plastic top off and your ready to go. remember to put the same amount of air in as fluid your taking out of the vile E.G. if you where going to draw 1 cc of oil out you need to put 1 cc of air in the vile first
