Chemists Please Lab Analysis ????

i have a source for oxandrolone. At a decent price. I told hime that I would wish to do a lab test and he said fine but insisted I use the TITRATION method of testing oxandrolone because the HPLC method test sometimes results in incorrect analaysis is this BULL****?? or is it possible

HIS RESPONSE: 'We are confident with the quality[of our oxandrolone]. But it happened in the past, due
to the testing methods customer used were different sometimes, the
testing result could be very different. Once a customer ordered
oxandrolone, he used HPLC to test but actually it's incorrect,
should use titrition method to test.
