did anybody watch fittv on friday night?
yeah i don't do much anymore on weekends pretty boring

they did a documentary or some program about bodybuilding. It was very interesting about natural, olympia, and womens bodybuilding etc..... lou ferrigno, Frank Zane and alot of other people talking.

i only caught the last 30mins but very interesting and was wondering if it was coming on again anytime soon.

I saw it a few weeks ago.. It was very interesting. Talked about steriod use, and how at the level the pros are everyone is using. The were talking to Tim Prince and Craig Titus(sp?).

some of those natural bodybuilders are pretty impressive while some of the others shouldn't even be competing.
why do they even bother calling it natural?
