Cardio During Cycle?????????????
Should i do cardio during my cycle... will it effect my muscle gains?
Im doing test e 750mg a week at 12 weeks
and tren weeks 75 wk2-7

no... in regards to loosing muscle.
cardio will help with the recovery process

You'll need to eat even more if you do cardio. Say you burn 400 calories during cardio, so obviously you must eat another 400 calories to make up for it, but you also have to account for the increased metabolism that cardio will give you. That's hard to calculate.

Good points guys. I think doing cardio during a cycle depends on ur individual goals. If you're looking to cut up, then of course u should do cardio. If you want to bulk up then I would suggest not doing cardio or at least sticking to a minumum of say 1-2 days per week. Everybody's body is different. Some do no cardio yet stay lean, and others have to do cardio every day just to stay in shape.

yea good point but how many extra calories will your body use while on gear as opposed to off....i would think its hard to know the cutoff point of feeding your muscles and fat deposition

The truth is cardio is necessary whether you are bulking or cutting. You may do less sessions per week, for shorter time duration, and even at lower intensity. But, it would be a mistake to completely eliminated cardio even during a bulking cycle.

i'm in the same boat i gotta do some cardio to get my 1.5 miles down. just eat eat eat

yup...,whit some cardio in your training you get way better results....
Besides a short session of cardio after a training wil help whit your recoverry..

when i bulk i do no cardio whatsoever. when i cut i workout twice a day with 45 mins cardio session in the morning as i wake up with an empty stomach and do 1hr weights only in the night.
Cardio wont help the bloat. Not in my case. The only way i drop my bloat when using test is by lowering sodium + salt intake in my food and drinking plenty of water.

I would say it is essential. u should do cardio twice a week for 30 minutes 70% intensity. if u take androgenes (sp?) the heart septums are likely to thicken. now ithis narrows the internal space of your heart. combined with the thick blood (higher amount of blood cells thru steroids ) your heart gets problems if not taken precautions.
cardio increases the heart`s volume, so do cardio while u cycle!
