    Time off?

    So lets say i do like a cycle of dbol and test or decca.....


    How long do you need to allow your body for recovery before you can go at it again?

    time on = time off

    and that includes PCT

    exactly...plus dbol and test..not dbol and deca for your first cycle....do some searchin you will understand it all in a few days

    Just like he said, equal time on equal off. I perfer a little more time off then on ! Your results are better do to the fact that your giving your receptors time to clean out!

    It also depends on your cycle experience and you ultimate objective. I was just reading a thread tonight where a long time juicer stated that he had done cycles as short as 8 weeks and as long as 1 year over the past 20 some odd years. Become as educated as possible, then make a personal decision that is best for you.
