You can pretty much inject in any muscle you want as Long as you
do the injection right and make sure you use the correct volumn of
cc's per injection site... I do Delts, Tris, Quads myself all the time...

yes you can inject in your delt.
and sometimes injections hurt.
if it persists for more than a week or so (usually it only hurts for three or 4 days) you could have an absess. which means lots of fun for you.

u should expect soreness from any injects ur sticking a needle in urself and injecting liquid in urself soreness comes with it to
make sure u massage the area after u inject

Heat pad when finished.

Stretch & Massage often.

i think the easiest,least painful way to inject is when u get out of a hot shower when ur muscles r still warm, just strech em out a little then inject. then massage it into ur muscle for a couple min.

thats exactly what i do....take a hot shower...massage the area..stretch the skin..freeze the needle..warm up the liquid..swab with alcohol and good to go.
