    Reading for rookies

    I was wondering if there was a list of books rookies could read to educate themselves?

    Chemical Muscle Enhancement, anyone know if this book is worth the price?

    Any others worth looking at?

    best advice i could give you is to hang around here for a while, iv learnt more here in the 2 months iv been a member than the past yr or so of books, friends, etc

    this is one hell of a good board, stick with us, we'll help u out!

    Yep, go through each forum here and read the stickies, read every post, search on things you have questions about.

    This board is by far the most comprehensive knowledge base on AAS you will find anywhere.

    Charles Yesalis and William Taylor have really good books on how anabolic steroids work, the history and the use in sports... both authors available via Amazon...

    you could also pick up a copy of anabolics 2005 and legal muscle by Rick Collins
