There are 1000ml in a liter. The amount of mg in each ml of gear is completely dependant on the specific batch of gear. I have seen test blends in strengths of 50mg/ml, 100mg/ml, 200mg/ml, 250mg/ml, 400mg/ml. See what I'm saying? The mg part is the strength, or concentration, of the gear. Whereas the ml part is the volume of the liquid.
