hello, i'm doing tests for the army in about 1 month, i am thinking in take clen for two weeks to improve race... what do u think?
to improve race?? huh? clen makes cardio harder for me... makes me outta breath alot faster
but my intenction, was to stop taking it 2 weeks before the test, so that i could breath better and have less fat...
i think it may help me, cause i'm a smoker, so it helps to clean me, and about two weeks after stoping taking it, my resistence shall be better? any help please?... or if you can help me, what shall i take before the run?..
please help... anyone?
