You can't a cc is just another name for ml. What's the concentration of the gear? 100mg/ml? 200mg/ml?

Milligrams are a measure of mass, while ccs are measure of volume. You can't convert one into the other without knowing the density of the particular substance...not very practical.
Like big k.l.g. said, just remember 1cc=1ml. So say for example a bottle of test has 250mg/ml. That means that there are 250mg's of test in 1 cc.
