At 37 years old bro's, I gotta know...
I'm have the ability to purchase Deca 300 or Eq.300 to run w/ Test E. 300 for my next cycle & I'm going ene-mini-mene-moe on this desision.
I plan on cutting the Deca down to 200 mg. per week if I run that or stay w/ 300 Eq. if I go w/ that.
Which is going to get me the results (big, hard, defined) in the long run between either.
Sorry for the "another deca vs. eq. question" but order goes out tomm.

I would go with Deca for your joints, since your old! Just kidding (im 21 ) Seriously though deca will help lube your joints. However you said you wanted to hard and defined. So for that I would go with EQ due to the lean quality gains and nice vascularity and hardness. The deca does cause alot of water retention, makes you look bloated. There are means to control this somewhat though. And yeah if you do run deca lower it lower then the test but EQ you can keep the same levels. And if you do run EQ and joints do give you a problem then load up on some glucosoamine (sp?)

For what you are looking for I would go with the EQ.

I'm wondering if the gains off of Deca are as good as Eq. in the long run w/ proper diet ect, or, if Eq. is just going to flat out give you more of what I'm looking for in the long run.
In short, when the bloat goes away, which looks better? Deca or Eq?
