    Nolvadex and suppressing estrogen levels?

Hey all, got a quick question. I was just curious alot of yall use Nolva all the way throughout your cycle. Now I read that if you are taking nolvadex for an extended period of time because of it totally suppressing your estrogen levels when you come off, it creates a rebound effect in which your estrogen levels shoot sky high and therefor create gyno and other feminizing symptoms. Let me know any info if you have on this subject. Also this is published in Musclemag's anabolic primer book page 93 thanks all.

Bad info. Nolvadex does not suppress estrogen. It inhibits sides caused by excess estrogen by competing for recepter sites. The only time you get a rebound with estrogen is when you come off the gear and your estrogen levels are much higher than your test levels, resulting in zits and various other low test/higher etrogen levels. THis is why it is so important to incclude nolva after cycle and throughout PCT.

Arimidex daily and post cycle for atleast 5 weeks until your testes start producing again. Another great thing about the arimidex is that unlike nolvadex its shuts estrogen off at the source so you don't have a bunch of excess estrogen clogging up receptor sites that should be taking in the gear your on.
