    Test Enant what to expect?

    I am starting my 2 week of novice cycle 30 mg of dbol + 500 g of test enant.

    I can feel the increase in strength from the Dbol and faster recovery time.

    How many weeks until the Test kick's in and what am I supposed to expect?

    test will kick in around 3 or 4 week.
    if diet and trainning are good you
    can expect to grow

    yep, although some people take longer to notice the effects, I think it is mostly because of the diet, lack of enough protien, and workout schedule.

    i did D-bol & susta cycle & i noticed at the mid of the 2nd week an increase in strength but i dont know bout the test maybe i noticed it faster because of the propionate

    6:00 AM to 7:30 Cardio 1 hour tred mill + 30 min swiming

    7:30 PM to 8:30 PM weight training.

    Diet:

    1 Oat meal bow with skimed milk @ 5:30

    10:00 turkey sandwiich

    13:00 pasta + tuna

    17:00 Pasta + protein shake + glucosamine

    21:00 fish or meat no carbs.

    What do you think?

    THat diet sucks IMO, especially if your tryin to gain mass. Way too much cardio too

    you just dont have near enough calories in your diet if you looking to gain weight ..thats my opinion .. dave kid is right go look in the diet forum

    Yeah I'd get rid of most of the cardio and limit it to 2 days tops when bulking. Also like the other say, check the bulking sticky in the diet forum.

    Bro thats diet is awfull, you need to double the amount of food you are eating and add two to three protein shakes as well

    YOU NEED COMPLEX CARBS HERE BECAUSE ITS YOUR PPWO MEAL, TRY A POTATO OR RICE, FISH OR MEAT ARE OK

    IF YOU DON'T HIT THE SACK BY 12:00 HAVE ANOTHER PROTEIN SHAKE WITH SOME FLAX OR OLIVE OIL TO SLOW DOWN THE ABSORPTION

    Bro with 500g of test you will be Ronnie Colemans look a like. This is a very good cycle I just did the 500mg/wk 12wk test enanthate cycle and gained a little over 20#'s.
