sorry for posting here guys but i am trying to find out what i should change on the sticky diet in the diet forum.
i am 220 lbs 5'11 between 12 and 15% bf(that is a wide range i know)
but i am afraid i will not be eating enough on that diet any input
my cycle will be test e 1-14 and eq 1-12
500mgs 400mgs
goal: get shredded and gain around 5 lbs of muscle
