i picked up some creatine monohydrate powder just the plan stuff no flavor from prolab , just wanted to know whats the best thing to drink with this stuf to make kick in good?? or should i have gotten the one that pre-mixed already like cell tech or something like that ?? also whats good to kick up creatine..

You probably should have posted this in the supplements forum..... But you should probably mix it with about 80g of Dextrose. If you look in the supplements forum I am pretty sure there is a recipe for making your own cell-tech (consisting of creatine, dextrose and cool-aid) for a fraction of the price.
