How should i cycle my last 13 amps of Russain Sust?

Ok i know 7 amps in me of Russain Sustanon, I've been doing some reading as how to cycle sust and now im sort of confused. I've been doing 500mg every sunday for the past 3 weeks and 250mg the first week. I see that the way some people do it is one 500mg the next week 250mg.

So my questions are should i do 750mg tomorrow(sunday) and then go back down to 500mg the next sunday, then back to 750mg, and keep going like that util i run out? Doing this much of test will i come across any type of trouble or anything like that. My reason for doing this is cause of the time release thing about sust.

I'm confused!!! You injected all 500mg on a sunday??? Why do you do it this way? Why go up and down? You should stay consistent with the doses. Inject 250mg every 5 days. That should be well enough to see some sweet gains. It takes a while until you start seeing some real good gains/strength from the Sus. I've said this story before, but a buddy gained about 20lbs, just doing sus250 once every 5 days for about 8-10 weeks. That's just what I think is a good way to do it...up to u bro.

stay with 500mg/wk, but split it up into 2 shots per week instead of 500mg all at once to keep blood levels of test more constant.

Thanks guys yeah i did some homework on sust and read about how that one test only last 3-4 days. So now im still taking 500 mg a week but now taking it on sunday and thursday. I already gained about 18 pounds i started at 152 weight and i checked on friday, i was at 169. strength went up to, So hope to keep gaining Thanks
