Okay guys i am startin Dnp Monday i started to carb deplete today and really excited...I have vitamin E and c and i just bought soem v8 only doing a light cycle 400 a day at the most mayeb only 200...Have a ? thoguth i want to start a eq test and anavar cycle after dnp how long should i wait to start after dnp...thanx for the help guys and i will keep you posted on the results...

Bro, if this is your first time do not start at 400mg ED.

2 weeks is the max a first time should really be running it, ideally 7 days just to be safe.

remember your first time out on DNP is your test run, you run it low and short to see how it effects you then you plan a 2 week cycle

Okay guys so what i am getting at is only run the dnp at 200mg a day for 7 days???i would really liek to lose 10 pounds but if i need to do 7 days to be safe then i will.....

if at the 7th day the sides arent too bad and temp and bp are ok you can continue running it, imo i wouldnt go past 200 ed, remeber it accumulates in the body over time, but you can run it past 7 days, just watch how your body reacts to it, and be safe

Agreed. DNP builds up on a curve, it starts fast and then slows down. From day 8-14 your body levels will go from 527mg, to a peak of 540mg (at 200mg ED). That's not a huge jump, and if you're still feeling fine at your peak (540mg) you can stay there as long as you feel up to it.
