BP Regulation?
My blood pressure is too high. It's varies between 140/100... and the last reading I took was a rediculous 150/120.
I was advised that is stoke/anuerism level - what can I do to lower it without perscrip meds?

losing weight is part of the method in lowering blood pressure
no offense mux but are you fat? are you on cycle? do you drink?
being nervous while taking BP doesn't help either.

150/120 is dangerously high. I would go to the doctor ASAP. Get some meds to keep you from danger, THEN look in to alternative treatments.

My BF is a around 12%, I weigh 200lbs at 6'2" and am cycling yes. Stress I know is a factor - but the 150/120 scared the **** out of me.
