Trap Injections Need Help!!!!
I was wondering if anyone can give me some input about trap injections, does it hurt worse than delts or thighs ? for me it seems like i could do it without a problem. i just was wondering how it is for you guys?

and also i forgot, would i be able to go straight in right above my chest or do i have to do it from the back

They are better done from the back. This is one I would recommend having a knowledgeable partner do for you.

You are not suppose to do IM trap injections. One of the guys on here with medical training can tell you what the problem is with it.

On another Board (paysite) there was a guy that had some type of medical knowledge. He said that it could cause something. Best thing to do is ask one of these guys on here with medical knowledge.

There are way too many nerves in your traps, You have plenty of other good places to inject. I will load my bis and tris up until I look like Gregg Valentino before I do another trap injection. Ive done it twice. First one was fine besides the usual prop pain. The second one I hit a nerve and twisted the needle and it was partially broken. Luckily i was able to pull the rest of the pin out. Never again.

There are alot of nerves and blood vessels, etc in your traps. I have even heard it said that you should use caution when deep massaging traps for the same reason...my physiotherapist told me that...
