    Home bodyfat testing

What methods do you use to test your bodyfat? I might get some calipers just for the hell of it.

I go by the mirror........once in a while I'll have a trainer use the calipers on me for the hell of it (although they are not very accurate) and once a blue moon I'll get the water tests done.

Some colleges have the tanks....... I'm sure if you ask a trainer at your gym they can point you in the right direction.

Hey, I know that water testing is the most accurate, and with calipers you have to be pretty experienced to get accurate results but what who has used those body fat scales? Are they accurate?

If you haven't seen them they claim to be able to tell your body fat percentage accurately just by standing on them, like a normal scale.

Calipers have been fairly accurate for me (done by an experienced trainer). I don't think the home bf scales are very accurate.
