20mg and it works for 36 hours. The mg/ml will tell you what that translates into, you will have to do some math. Oh, and if you do not really need cialis it will make you a super hero to the broad you're hooking up with.

lol it's awesome i used it just for fun once or twice.... i took it like half hour before but you can do it in like the morning and be good all day... i was just scared of wwalking around with a hard on all day lo/...... i think i used half a ml so mine worked out to like 20 or 25mg

Who says he "needs" it? Maybe he just wants a little extra assurance he'll be good to go for 24-36 hours.

I told a guy at work he should try it out next time he wants to blow his girls mind, he got all defensive and busted my balls about it. He couldn't seem to grasp the idea that even though you dont need it that it will only heighten his current capabilities i think its fun to throw into the mix every now and then. I wouldnt recommend using it all the time though. When I do use it I like to take it a few hours before hittin the sheets.
