Thread: protien stability?

does anyone know how long protien stays stable? like if you make a shake in the morn and dont get to it till later in the day? or the next day?

just put it in the fridge to prevent bacterial spoilage and you'll be fine. it should be very stable in moderate temp and close to neutral pH.
