My feet got bigger and you know what they say about big feet... big shoes. Anyway I was on 4-6iu for 3 months and did gear, insulin , and t3 as well. It was a huge cycle. My feet and ankles swelled up sometimes and my fingers. Did actually gain a whole shoe size, some of that could be contributed in weight gain. Hgh for 3 months, 6 is probably better and run the gear in the middle of the gh cycle. Keeped gains but cannot do that again without taking out a loan.

I think you have to take 12iu or more for a year, but even though my feet look normal I had to buy new shoes...

Yes, you will get sides from GH. My first time running it I ran 2/3iu's ED for 9 months. For the first couple of months, I had join pain in my fingers and wrists. But eventually it went away. After that the only thing I ran into was additional pain to my shoulder (which was messed up). But, during the first 5 months running GH, I couldn't lift and I was eating like a pig. No matter what I ate, I swear, I kept losing weight. I went from something like 168 pounds to 147! It got to the point where I almost quit!!! But, I eventually went back on a cycle and the weight came on. For me anything over 4iu's the pain would return. Start with 2iu's to see how your body reacts...

I did NOt see any difference running GH with my cycle. I think it's because I ran a low dose. I just started GH again last week so I will see how things go.
