Quick Eca Stack Question, Please Help

OK im starting my ECA Stack today, its gonna be a lil bit different, because for the Ephedra part and the Caffeine part im using Ripped Fuel. i got a hold of the ripped fuel with ephedra before it was banned from the market so thats what i'll be using heres whats in it.

ingredients:

SERVING of 4ML

30mg of Mu Hang (ephedra)
Caffeine Anhydrous (200mg)
L-Tyrosine
ColeusFoskohlii
White willow bark
citrus aurantium
isolecunie methoxyflavone
alpha lipoi acid
yohimbine hcl (5.0 mg)
bioperine
garcinia cambogia
chronium polynicotinate
vanadium

and to finish the ECA STack im taking this with Bayer's Children 81mg Tablets.

how should i run this?

The recommender usage according to the ripped fuel is, 4ml (2 in the morning, 2 six hours later with food) but this is for first time users. for non first time users it is 4ml in the mornign and 4ml six hours later

Regular ECA stacs are

25mg Ephedra
200mg Caffeine
Baby asprin 81mg

Take that 2-3 times a day.

what is better clen or eca . im on eca right now and lipo 6 how much weight do u lose on a weelky basis just wondering later peace . and they say take 20mg and 200mg caffeine and 3 mg yombine now does that mean it say 3 times a day for a total of 60 mg of epehdrine hcl and 600 mg of caffeine and 10mg or 9 mg of yobine a day is that correct . also blood pressure is 185 im on eca and antideppresants st johns wort and 1 ad is that okay or bad. please help bros

where can you get ephedra all i can find is ephedrine?

its the same, i'd say clen is better by far, anothing thing i was reading that the amount of aspirin that should be used for the perfect eca stack was 300mg, reading how it should be used (20 ephedrine, 200 caffeine, and 300 aspirin) someone verify that.

i've seen that also about how much to take ephed 25mg,caffiene 200 , asprin 300. i am not sure why people now take baby asprin at 81mg. must be alittle better.
there is a difference though in ephedra and ephedrine. ephedra is usually meaning root extract which isn't really any good. and ephedrine HCL is the pharmacutical grade which is what you want.

from my exsperience i have better gains or loss of weight through HCL type.
i have tried the root extract and usually have to take more to feel the results.

does anyone know a source to get ephedrine hcl?

just type it in on google, it is still legal to buy

one of the best imo is vasopro (something like that) made by mega-pro.
they may want a copy of your drivers license though but that should be ok.

yeah vasopro is preatty good, and its preatty cheap too. i still need someone to give me a legitimate reason why to use the 81mg aspiring and not the 300mg aspirins like its supposed to be.

vasopro is ephedrine hcl, 25mg. for example if you wanted to do ur own ECA stack, you could used vasopro 25mg, magnum caffeine pills 200mg, and bayers. wouldnt get better than that.

you can find it at arab mart or bodybuilding.com sells it.

you should run it 2 or 3 times a day, its up to you, the caffeine pills and the bayers yea anywhere can be found, any drugstore, the vasopro online.

Im on lipo6 ephedra free, i just take 2 tabs of 25mg ephderine in the morning when i do cardio. dont need it the rest of the day

i only take once before cardio also. but some people say it is dangerous before cardio. i love the feeling though nothing like being able to sprint for miles and miles and miles and miles. the dangerous part is not knowing when to stop running. would be great for marathon runners.

ephedrine hcl the best

with ephedrine hcl it is very important to keep control of ur heart rate, doing it wrong or overdoing it can lead to heart problems. keep that in mind, i bought one of thoose lil heart watches, best thing ever, helps me keep a steady run by keeping my pace to 170beats per minute,

still need an answer on the aspirin, i need a logical explination of why baby aspirin and not 300mg like it says.
