you can use a 22g @ l'', thats what i use. i inject right in the middle of my delt, where the most meat is

I have Terumo 25g 1" & 25g 5/8". Both have the same color wrapper, and I keep them in the same place. I use whichever one I grab, but i always feel good about seeing that 5/8" pin instead of the 1". lol
i use 23 gauge 1 inch for delts. i inject ed so i shoot in the middle,front and back of my delts.
just drink it!
