I'm currently in my 5th week of my cycle, on Monday I added Anavar at 45mg a day to the mix of 500mg of test e and 300mg of Deca. Is this a sufficient amount of Anavar to give me good strength gains?

You should see good results with 45mg ED. I think anything less than 40 is a waste IMO.
Technically, you are suppose to take your weight and muliple it by .125 to find your dose, but I don't agree with that.
me neither that means i would only take 28.125 a day.. **** that i go for 50-60 a day but halo is better :lift:Quote:

You should be cool with taht dose.
i weigh 190 and i stick with 25 mg and it works fine, but i have gone higher so i wouldnt know if im missing out.

how long did you do the 75 mg for spark. ? howd it work out for you
25-50mg imo,
doing 60mg right now. great strength gains.
