    wrist splint ?

I know that there was just a post about wrist splints (pain in forearms/wrists after curling), but I have a question for those of you who had it previously. I was wondering If they will go away after a few weeks, after my cycle or if they are permanent? If they do go away is it just a natural healing process or is there something that I can do to speed up the healing?

You may be overtraining, make sure your tendons, joints, and muscles have time to recover after each workout.
