3rd week of cycle

hey guys, going into my third week of my cycle. I feel pretty good, and I'm getting a little stronger but I haven't really gained any weight and I have been eating like 4 big meals a day plus 2-3 protein shakes a day.

Here's what I am doing

Test 400- 400mg a week
EQ- 400mg a week

My question is this, do you think I should up the dosage on the test to 600 or 800 a week or possibly throw in some D-bols to hopefully speed up the weight gaining process because last time I did them I put on weight pretty quick. I know its still early in the cycle, but I just wanted to get some more opinions. I am at like 198-200, and I want to get up to 210-215 by the time I am done with it. I will be doing winstrol for the last 5 weeks also if that helps. Thanks

Bro - no need to up your dosage. Your first instinct was correct. Post you exact diet, including calories, marcos, everything. Your weight gain issue resides in your diet. Likely you will need to up the calories. Also, how much cardio are you doing?

EQ has a very long ester, if you aren't starting it with anything fast acting by week 3 nothing has really started to work yet and anything you would have otherwise gained would have been water anyway...

personally i would always run test slightly higher then Eq, but you are not going to feel either of those kick in until 4-5 weeks in.. so no need to panic..

it takes about 4-5 weeks for both those to kick in bro so dont sweat it. and 4 meals isnt enough food. check out the diet forum stickies they have great diets to follow.

ok i researched his posts, all that i found is that he seems like an annoying person who just keeps coming back to the board. you have a personal problem with him. so far this thread didnt give any reason to believe its him, unless you have info on like his ip or something.. what does watch your back have to do with his postings?

u need more than 400 mgs ew of eq, that is almost wasting gear, if you want to grow, 1 g test ew 800 mgs eq ew, and run this for at least 13 weeks
