What time to take nolva and clomid

what time of the day should i take nolvadex and clomid, i posted my cycle earlier today and a lot of questions were answered but not this one... i'm gonna take the nolva the whole cycle, so what time should i take it? when i wake up? before bed? and when should i take the clomid?

i'm taking
day 1: 300 mg
days 2-11: 100 mg
days 12-21: 50 mg

should i take them in the morning, afternoon or nite???

I usually space my clomid out throughout the day and the nolva I take all at once, usually in the morning or after lunch.

aight... thanks guys... just wanted to get the most outa my ****... and i wanna know howda do it before i hit up my first cycle...



also, i've been told to swap out sust with an estered test... do you guys agree if i'm running 1 ml of sust 250 every 3.5 days with my cycle?

I would go with a single estered test, preferably test enan or test cyp if it is your first cycle. I never really saw the point in sustanon and personally i wouldn't use it when I could use a single ester test instead.

I like sust and dont agree with all the negative things i hear about it.
I know a couple of guys that got great gains from a sust only cycle and didnt get any sides other than bloating. One inperticuler started with a low dose and worked his way up, he was running 1000mg by week 8

single ester testosterone is much better and more effective though.
