You can shoot into any of the main muscles. Most people like glutes, delts, quads, tris, or bis.

if im think either my quad or my A$$
but both are rather large areas do u do i say by ure knee or up closer to the hip

Keep in mind if you decide to go with Winstrol , it is Very painful for 3 days in any spot you inject. You need 7 injections a week of 50 mgs and Im here to tell you this....the **** will make your body swoll up and hurt like a mother@#%$^! Im on my 2nd week of winstrol and I drink winni twice a day 25mgs every 12 hours. This is almost as effective as injections without the pain. Take my word for it unless your immune to pain dont inject winstrol.

if you are going to use winny you better have multiple sites to keep from having too much scar tissue build up
