    Post dnp thyrid-levels...help!

    Tomorrow i,ll finish my 2 week dnp cyckel

    week 1 - 200mg ed
    week 2 - 400mg ed

    How can i most effectivly restore normal thyrid levels in my body?
    i was thinking about waiting 2 days till most of the Dnp is out of my body and do 2 mega carb meals ( 200-400g) pluss 200 g proteins daily for 3 days with lots of cardio and wieghtlifting to stop as much of the fat gain as i can. Will this normalize the natural thyrid produksjon in my body????

    btw both weeks i had hard diet with minimal fat, some karbs and all proteins.
    first week i lost 5 kgs, second week i lost 0, look leaner my arms and upper body but my legs and mid section look as fat as always. worride i didnt loose much the second week.

    with two weeks of use they are probally ok....

    Don't sweat it, as soon as the DNP is out of your body your levels will return to normal.

    Give it time buddy you might be holding some water weight. BTW, youll like your muscle's rebound in a few days, youll feel huge and shredded.

    did you carb deplete for 2 days before use or no? also you have a pm
