HCG timing

I have about 3 weeks of my current cycle left. 500test e and 400 eq. Atrophy is worse than expected (this will be a 12 week cycle). Question is: Am I better off running my hcg along with the rest of my cycle or wait until the final week and run it up to a couple days before pct? My original plan was to start it a few days before my final test injection and run it at 500iu eod up until 3 days before clomid. I am not real worried about the small nuts. I am just looking for the route that would be most beneficial to recovery after my cycle.
