    I am 4 weeks into my 1st cycle of DBOL /SUST/DECA and I'm loving every day of it, Im up to 252 lbs and my bench has jumped from 325 to almost 415 my squats have jumped almost the same ratio... I got so dang excited I am getting the gear for my second cycle.. What do you think?

    wk 1-12 Test E 500mg/wk
    wk 1-10 Equipoise 400mg/wk

    I am going to skip the dbol front load because ultimately I'm not sure if it will help my gains, I feel that most of the dbol weight and mass is just water.. tell me what you think.. Also, I am running the EQ for 10 wks most will say atleast 12 but to keep costs down I am only running for 10 is this a horrible idea or will I get sufficient gains for 10 wks? I've still got letro, clomid, and nolva so I wont need to obtain anymore Anti-E / PCT gear. Any and all feedback is appreciated!

    i agree with your opinion of dbol . i would, however run the test 16 wks. i found that to be the "sweet spot". and if you could run the eq for 14 wks. and i think you'd really enjoy some prop in the first 4 wks at 75mg/ed. and that my friend would set you straight

    Only end the EQ one week before the Test E. That will allow the esters to clear around the same time.

    i ran EQ for only 11 weeks, wish i did about 14 weeks of it. I really started to notice it towards the end.

    you can also jump start the cycle with 5 weeks of var.

    WOW MR those are some really nice gains 4 weeks into your first cycle. I would recommend focusing on completing your 1st cycle before getting gear for your 2nd. You should have 6 to 8 weeks remaining. And alot of great gains still to come. Good luck.
