How much test e/deca?

Hey guys ive been planning a cycle that im gonna do at the end of june and i came up with this:

week 1-4 DBol 30mg/day (10mg x 3)
week 1-11.5 Test E 650mg/week (325mg x 2)
week 1-10 Deca 500mg/week (250mg x 2)

week 13-15 Clomid
Nolvadex 20mgED throughout cycle (had slight gyno last cycle)
HCG 500iu E4D throughout cycle
B6 200mg ED

Although after doin more research ive read that people doing these amounts are anywhere from 210-280 pounds.

I myself will be about 165lbs at 6ft when i start this cycle. It will be my second cycle, but my first one was just sus and dbol at low levels. So i am trying to come up with the right amounts for a guy at my size to gain about 30lbs from and ive come up with this instead:

week 1-4 DBol 30mg/day (10mg x 3)
week 1-12 Test E 500/600mg/week (250/300mg x 2)
week 1-10 Deca 400mg/week (200mg x 2)

week 13-15 Clomid
Nolvadex 20mgED throughout cycle (had slight gyno last cycle)
HCG 500iu E4D throughout cycle
B6 200mg ED

because maybe that will still enable me to gain about 25-30 pounds.

The problem is that i dont wanna use too much and end up gaining like 40lbs and getting huge ass stretch marks. I dont mind small stretch marks tho.

I would appreciate it if you guys could give me your opinions on how much test e/deca i should be running considering i am 6ft 165lbs at about 10%bf and want to gain 25-30 pounds (more towards 30).

Using large doses of AAS will not make you an insta beast. Your body can only grow so fast, the dose will become less effective per MG after you hit a certain point.

165 at 6' is kind of small, I would recommend you work on diet first!

cycle looks solid to me
no need to run hcg with this cycle maybe just last 2 weeks if you want but not neccesary imo

the second one with the 500 test is fine, but being 6 foot and only 165 and already have done a cycle, even if it was light, means you probably have some diet issues that need to be addressed.

HCH should be run always IMO. HCG is a must bro

I would also run hcg and run your test 2 weeks past the deca, 3 weeks would be better. 400mg w of deca will be fine.

I think thats a solid cycle. I think you will be very happy with your results.

You option B cycle sounds fine. But, first you may want to spend some more time researching. How old are you (your profile indicates 20). It sounds like you would benefit from another year or 2 of natural working out and perfecting your diet. So when the time is right, you can put on that 20 to 25 pounds of solid muscle. It just does sound to me at 6' 165 pounds 20 years old that you are ready. No intention of flaming you, just trying to give you some other options to think about.

Your second choice sounds better. But it looks as though you might have a slight dieting problem? IMO you have a good deal of natural growing room left that you could accomplish. I don't think you'll need HCG for this cycle. Good luck bro.
