I was looking into a test cyp cycle. This is my first cycle, and i was wondering how many ounds i will be able to keep after the cycle and pct with nolva and clomid. Also i was planning on shooting 500 mg once a week. Tell me what you think

if i keep my diet well througout the cycle and up my calories about 1500 off of it then i should be alright after pct. How many pounds can i expect to gain
