questions about test prop with b-12

Hey, I have a couple of questions I was wondering if someone can answer. I heard prop was really painful....and that adding b-12 to the mix can ease the pain. How exactly is this done? You mix it right in the needle??? or inject it in the same spot after your prop, using a different needle? Also...how much do I use...and are there any dangers with b-12?

    ps....

I found this site to buy injectable b-12....is that whats needed? or 100% pure b-12?

    thanks

I get mine from them too and it is fine. You can just mix both of them into the same stick. It just dilutes the prop so that it is less painful.
