    Clen and Benadryl dosage

    I am planning on taking clen and i've read how benadryl helps with clen. I was just curious how much i should be taking.

    Also, does anyone know if it's important to suplement potassium as well. I heard it can deplete it.

    2 weeks of clen
    1 week of clen + Benadryl
    Repeat 2x(for a total of 6 weeks)
    Then take a week totally off, or just continue on repeating the pattern.
