things i've learned tonight
my bf is 13%
i wanna get bigger just not you guys big (no affence)
i'm toned but still have a small gut i can't get rid of
it's better to do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 30-60 mins 4 times a week
i have a excellent diet ex:
breakfast:1 cup rolled oats with1/4cup of 1%milk and on tablespoon brown sugar 1 slice of multigrain toast i cup orange juice
snack1: 1 once dry roasted peanuts
lunch 2 sandwiches both with multigrain bread 3 ounces turkey 1/2 cup spinach i medium orange
snack 2: 1 ounce dry roasted peanuts 1 cup 2% chocolate milk
dinner:serving of roasted salmon with goat cheese 1/2 cup green beans
i multigrain roll
my question is should i do a eca and try to get rid of my gut then do a cycle and get bigger?
also if i were to do a steroid alternative cycle like the 4 week one do you think these alternatives work?
