For some reason i remember always hearing that if you do cardio and run while your on your cycle it can hurt your heart. Is this true or just a myth? any info would be great thx :cool:

It's defintely not bad for you. It can do no harm.
Quite the contrary to your information...Cardio strengthens the heart.
NEVER be afraid of doing cardio, just know your limits.
What limits? not having a go at you, just wondering what exactly do you mean?
because I'm doing a test cycle for football (Rugby League) and I have Intense cardio 3 times a week is this going to interfere with my results?
