my trainer does it for me (not personal fitness trainer - medical). we use the caliper test, but i don't really like it. i'd like to do the water one......anyone else ?

go to lidora....or some weight loss clinic with a really expensive eletrotest 10,000 dollar scale thing....it is about 98 % accurate....the cheap scale ones are not at all accurate....
ya, the cheap scale ones suck.. i had a buddy of mine in my home town (who btw doesnt know much about training/BBing or anythign like that but he does work out...) try to tell me that he has a 3% bodyfat cuz the machine told him he did... haha oh well some ppl just don't understand.
