3rd Cycle Opinions
I've done 2 cycles in the past Test/EQ and Prop/Winny. I'm 6'3 227 pounds BF~11%. I will be 22 once I start this cycle in the summer.
wk 1-4 Test Prop 50mg ED
wk 1-8 Var 50mg ED
wk 1-16 Test E 500mg
wk 1-15 EQ 500mg
wk 13-18 Winny 50mg ED
wk 17-18 Prop 50mg ED
Milk Thistle 1g ED, Trib 2g ED, nolva on hand (not gyno prone)
Start HCG halfway through cycle.
4 weeks of PCT (clomid nolva) 3 days after last prop shot
Few questions: Exactly what is the best way for me to run the HCG? Never run Var before, is my dose too high/low?
Any other ideas, suggestions, thoughts? Am I missing something?

looks go to me, just curious why you are doing the prop again at the end of your cycle...what is the reason behind this

looks good bro! but i would run the nolva thruout anyways since its good for ur lipid profile. the var looks good like that and as for hcg i dont run it i use 3-4g of trib thruout mt cycle and then bump it up a little a week b4 pct. a lot easier and i think it works just as well.

abd i would personally run the prop 100mg/day

looks good man, but i would run nolva throughout also to help with bloating even if your not gyno prone. I come from old school and have ran some pretty heafty cycles of just about everything and never gotten any gyno, but will never run another without nolva.

Back to my questions... I was thinking about using HCG at 500iu's twice a week starting week 9.
Now, when should I stop HCG for pct and I know it prevents testicular atrophy, but will it make PCT easier, smoother, basically will I recover faster?

Smart bro with the prop at the end, everyone should do that instead of stopping for two weeks, you only need 3 days before you go on PCT. I do the same.

Bro you know what you are doing, you have been around long enough. What kind of gains did you get on the last cyle with prop and eq and what did you keep?

Strength on this cycle was the greatest, 1 rep max at bench was 420, and was working on heavy deadlifts till I kinda tweaked my lower back. But im on week 2 of pct right now, and feel fine, just lost about 3-4 pounds though i blame part of that on the fact that Im training for a boxing tournament right now, so its a little different training method then bodybuilding style.
