    when and how to take anavar!

    im bout to start cutting up for spring break but i wanna also get stronger at the same time for powerlifting purposes!, i have a 6 week cycle of anavar at 40 mgs a day, and enough clen to run 4 two week cycles, ill also be takin just basic creatine whey protein and trib as well, but umm i have my cycle down pact, but one questioin i have to ask, when should i take the anavar!, this is my first cycle, so im a bit confused, how many mgs at a time and wut time should i take the var?

    20mgs in the am and 20 in the pm will do.
    Var only is a great cycle for women

    different people will tell u different things, but i take my anavar all at once. probably about 2 to 3 hours before i work out. it only stays in your system for 9 hours i think so even if u were to break it down, u wouldn't keep consistent levels of it in the system with just 2 doses.

    I often see powerlifters on cutting cycles for spring break...

    Yeah really. If your a powerlifter you should consider something else besides var.

    why? I think var would be good for powerlifters. same weight, more strength.

    Of course, this is the first spring break cycle I've seen. it has begun.

    You'll get more strenght from halo then u will from var. That's why powerlifters use halo so they can diet down to thier competition weight while still getting stronger at the same time.
