    serious question im not trying to be stupid. so please reply seriously. what does ejaculation do to ur muslces. test level. whatever. maybe a stupid question but i heard it affects it. just wondered thanks.

    Ejaculation will lead to higher test levels over time, nothing crazy, but there will be an increase.
