just want to thank everyone one this board especially the guys that took there time to help me and answer q's like Consistency and mista_liar. i pretty much owe u guys my ass lol.

im now on the right track. i will be starting my new and better cycle monday if i can get test by then. im going to follow the Steroid Usage Basics For Beginers. 101 and do

Test Enanthate 400mg each week
Nolvadex 20mg each day
deca ??? mg

just not sure on how long to run the 1st cycle and how to devide it up i guess a 12 week cycle? i pretty much just want to look good for summer so thats about 6 months away. as for the d-bol and stan qv that i have i guess i can use the d-bol for the 2nd cycle for the 1st 4 weeks than the stan qv at the end.

test e 400mg/week-pick 2 days ex. mondays and thursdays for 12 weeks

i would only take 10mg/nolva thruout cycle then 20mg/day during pct.

deca i would go with 300mg/week shot twice a week for 10 weeks

IMO u would b better off doin 500mg/week of test e and 400mg/week of deca

u will aslo wanna take 200mg/b6/day while taking the deca . u could jumpstart the cycle with 30mg/day of dbol for the 1st 4 weeks as well.

Anyways I would stay at 400mg test and 300mg deca for your first cycle, since you are running 2 compounds. That way for your next cycle you can do 500mg of test. For my first cycle I did 400mg of test and 350mg EQ and gained 21 pounds (and I had a solid base before).
I would set it up like this

wk 1-12 Test E 400mg
wk 1-11 Deca 300mg

wk 1-14 Nolva 10mg ED
wk 1-14 B-6 Ed

start pct 2 weeks after last test e shot (3 weeks after last deca shot)
